Senator Scheisshaus cannot seem to get it through his remarkably thick skull that the FBI does not investigate local assault allegations, especially ones that reputedly occurred 36 years ago,nor do they ever render an opinion about the veracity of such accusations.

Besides, what is there to investigate?  Ford has no corroborative witnesses or evidence.

I think all the Rats are in stunned disbelief that this full out smear operation didn't stop Kav from getting the votes he needs. DiFi looks shell shocked like Hitlary did after she lost. She was told that leaking this would stop this and she would be a hero. Now she is looking at an investigation.
