Keep in mind when you hear Leahy pontificate about integrity and temperament etc etc...he was in on what happened to Bork...what happened to Thomas and is the same man who purposely left a file with classified documents open on his desk...left the room...and allowed the reporter interviewing him to read something he never should have put his eyes on.
