This will still come down to he said she said. In the final balance, Ford has zero evidence anything occurred between her and Kavanaugh. She was treated with kid gloves even by the Republican prosecutor.
The Dems still have zero proof that Kavanaugh assaulted Ford.  And THAT!!! should be the impression the senators are receiving.

The strain of what this has done to Kavanagh and his family cannot be denied.  As with Dr. Ford this opening statement is powerful, believable, raw and Emotional. It too will impact people sitting at home who will see a brother or father or son or grandson his statement.
