Maximum sentence given to a deadly drunk driver

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – The admitted drunk driver and alleged illegal immigrant who confessed to killing a Colts player and his Uber driver was sentenced Friday to 16 years in prison. It is the maximum sentence allowed by Indiana law.
It was an emotional hearing, for the victim’s families and even the judge.
Manuel Orrego Savala didn’t say a word in court and showed no reaction when he heard the sentence.
