@PeteWilliamsNBC is reporting on @MSNBC that Rosenstein is heading to the WH. But that he *won't resign,* according to Williams' reporting.

Rosenstein will demand that if the WH wants him gone, they'll have to fire him.

Wow. The remarkable refusal of certain key players to resign as they would've at any other time in the past makes it pretty obvious that they think its their job to obstruct the current administration.

Not much.  Those who love him will think it’s the greatest thing ever and those who can’t stand him will think it’s the worst thing ever. Nothing changes on that front. However, if he dismisses Mueller in the immediate aftermath, that could have an effect on the midterms.

Maybe he went to deliver an ultimatum, like he did against House staffers, that he will subpoena White House staffers. He needs to go regardless.

Trump may very well compel Rosenstein to testify before Congress.

That would retract from the Honorable man the 5th amendment.
Of course, were he a citizen he could use the 5th.

The 5th is a favorite amendment for liars and malcontents.
