I was watchin' an old movie ("Far From The Madding Crowd") for three hours tonight while all this stuff was breaking, just tuned in and saw the surprise.

I said it before last night, and I'll say it once more:

The democrat-communists CANNOT PREVENT such an appointment from happening.
It's right there in the Constitution.
But it's got to be done "on the sly".
NO advance warning (or else they'll try to keep the Senate in session).
Mr. Trump should (very) privately ask Judge Kavanaugh if he's willing to accept.
And the moment the Senate adjourns.... DO IT.
As much of a surprise as these (so called) "new allegations"!
Once done, there is NOTHING the democrat-communists can do about it.
This is how to beat them.
By January 2019 there's a very good chance our majority in the Senate will increase by 2 or 3. And by then Flake and Corker will be gone, and we won't even need Murkowski or Collins. Just have a quick confirmation vote (Justice Kavanaugh will already be "on the bench") and be done with it.
