President Trump honors 9/11 with a speech so powerful it leaves moved CNN hosts stunned

Even CNN could not deny the power behind President Donald Trump’s words in his speech commemorating the anniversary of the terrorist attack on America on Sept. 11, 2001.

Trump honored the heroes and victims of 9/11 in his speech while he and first lady Melania Trump visited Shanksville, Pennsylvania where a new memorial was dedicated to the 40 passengers and crew members of Flight 93 who bravely stood against the enemy 17 years ago.

Trump strong remarks and powerful message seemed to move stunned CNN hosts. “Quite a tribute there to the American lives lost, murdered on 9/11,” Poppy Harlow said, speaking to CNN Senior Political Analyst David Gergen.

Harlow quoted one of President Trump’s most notable lines repeating, “They boarded that plane as strangers, and they entered eternity forever, linked as heroes.”

After a brief moment, Gergen collected himself and agreed. “Beautifully written, very thoughtful speech by the president. I think easily one of his best speeches,” he said.

 I didn't see it but I will watch tonight.  Good job President Trump.  Shout out to the CNN people who obviously can and do appreciate what is right.  Not always against the President.  Hopefully the President highlights these comments in his daily twitter.

They weren't stunned, they were trying to think up a way to blame him for Social Injustice without stepping on a good speech.

I agree.  Just because the CNN reporters were stunned into silence by a moving speech by President Trump does not mean they have changed.

They ARE the enemy of the people and not just because they put a negative spin on everything about Trump but because they also lie.

Pretty hypocritical.  You practically worship Trump who is a liar and lacks basic morals.  Talking about how people don't change spots.  I am no fan of CNN, but if they say something nice it would be nice to have the gesture returned.  Common decency that could go a long way.  An olive branch that could be just what Trump needs before midterms.  Especially if he wants all those liberals who were leaving the party to vote for Trump Republican candidates.

Sorry, should have quoted it was you.  Talking about lying.  Trumps a big liar.  He's fake.  So far he has lied about locking Hillary up.  They are friends.  He lied about draining the swamp.  He has lied about deporting all those illegal immigrants.  He lied about his sexual encounters because he knew if people found out about porn stars they wouldn't vote for him.  He lied about Ted Cruz and his wife.
