September 6, 2018by Zachary MillerBaylor University is set to give “cultural humility training†to leaders in the Division of Student Life, beginning this fall semester.Cultural humility is defined as “the ability to maintain an interpersonal stance that is other-oriented (or open to the other) in relation to aspects of cultural identity that are most important to the person.â€This will be done under a new program called “Leave Your Mark,†which is designed to instruct leaders of Baylor student organizations with left-wing doctrine.
