10-Time Deported Illegal Alien Has Committed Rape In North Carolina
August 31, 2018   

RALEIGH, NC (The News & Observer) – An El Salvadoran man who has been deported 10 times after criminal convictions was sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison Wednesday for illegally entering the United States again.

Jose Alfonso Rodriguez-Garcia, 54, was sentenced in a Raleigh federal court to 115 months behind bars after he was convicted of illegal re-entry of an aggravated felon.

We have three strikes laws everywhere in this country that uses prior convictions to decide new punishments.

Why not implement a law that says anyone caught here a third time automatically receives the maximum sentencing when caught committing a crime?
