 Two words for the impeachment- obsessed: President Pence

Left-wing Trump haters should be careful what they wish for in their hysterical drive to oust the president from office. The could end up with President Mike Pence. Talk about your dream turning into a nightmare.

Because if you think Donald Trump is conservative, you haven’t met Vice President Mike Pence. He is not only to the right of the president — and is much more articulate on the issues — he brings with him a deep religious belief that accompanies his conservativism.

That’s enough to strike fear into every card-carrying liberal in the media and elsewhere who are pushing for impeachment.

Media wiseguys mocked Pence when it was reported that he never eats dinner alone with a woman other than his wife, and he would not attend events featuring alcohol without her by his side.

Would that Donald Trump lived by that code.

Anyone familiar with the far left knows that Pence doesn't faze them. Their plot is to win the House in November, then oust both Trump and Pence at the same time, installing Nancy Pelosi as President.

Such action would, of course, be a coup, and destroy the party's legitimacy.

That would have far-reaching effects, not only legislatively but socially.  A bloody civil uprising.

Cool. Pence is a good guy with a cool head. I believe he would faithfully fulfill his obligation to preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States. I don't believe in 100% of everything he does, but I know his philosophy is Conservative so he will lean toward getting government out of the way, so even things we disagree on, he won't be using it to expand government.

There is no comparison between Gore and Pence.

Pence is a good man and a conservative man.

How ironic that the left made fun of him for avoiding temptation by only dining with his wife.  The left cannot stand goodness.  It's like a cross to a vampire.

Completely impossible. They would have barely enough people to impeach in the House and not nearly enough to remove either in the Senate.

The goal of the Democrats is to destroy the entire American system entirely. They don't worry about Pence because they have no intention of playing by the rules. What they want is to overthrow the government and to "install" their choice as President, -- Hugo Chavez style. No elections. No congress. No debate.

Democrats are tired of "the American people" and the stupid Constitution mucking up their plans for Venezuelan style utopia. So they are making plans to take these out of the equation.

You absolutely have a valid point.  I believe that the progressive liberals want a bloody civil uprising and IMHO that's been very evident since the Bammy administration sent decades of racial relations many steps back.

I think you have the same percentages on both sides who have wet dreams about a Civil War. I've been reading from some on the right dreaming about CWII for decades.

The reality is, I doubt you would get any of them minus a handful here and there to get off their asses and go do something. They mouth off on the internet but they can't even be bothered to lift a finger otherwise.

Don't think the left doesn't either, especially those who are more prone to act out. They are not all flower power, anti-gun hippies. They love the government to regulate them for 'others' but they buy them up too. Heck, there is a whole ANTIFA Militia movement* that trains just as much and is just as armed as any you would see on the right. (not kidding) 
BLM also has huge 2nd Amendment, gun proponents.

When I go to the range and see people I know, they are very much mixed right and left. Although none of them are ones I would call activist enough to try anything.  But remember, the left isn't just hippie types. They are also 'yellow dog', blue collar, union Democrats who are just as likely to have a stockpile as your average North Houston Texas Freeper.
