Was Hillary Clinton or Dianne Feinstein responsible for the exposure and deaths of 20 CIA spies in China?

(National Sentinel) Criminal Negligence: One of the biggest espionage scandals of the century was briefly exposed earlier this month after a California newspaper reported that a Chinese spy had worked for Sen. Dianne Feinstein for 20 years.
Politico — a Left-wing “mainstream†news source if there ever was one — included the bombshell detail as part of a larger report detailing Chinese (and Russian) spying in Silicon Valley, where the nerve center for cutting-edge U.S. technology development is located.
Reporter Zach Dorfman noted from San Francisco:
Political espionage happens here, too. China, for example, is certainly out to steal U.S. technology secrets, noted former intelligence officials, but it also is heavily invested in traditional political intelligence gathering, influence and perception-management operations in California. Former intelligence officials told me that Chinese intelligence once recruited a staff member at a California office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and the source reported back to China about local politics.
More details followed though many of them were ignored by the national Left-wing ‘mainstream’ media. It turns out the spy was Feinstein’s driver; it also turned out that Feinstein — a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee — also has a long history of lobbying on behalf of Chinese interests.
Investigative journalist Paul Sperry reported:
Turns out that Communist China had a spy in her office. A 20-year employee of Feinstein’s, the agent had been reporting back to China’s Ministry of State Security for well over a decade before he was caught in 2013, according to the FBI.
