“We’ve defeated ISIS," President Donald Trump told Reuters on Monday. "ISIS is essentially defeated."

Despite Trump's triumphant statement, ISIS still has as many as 30,000 fighters in Iraq and Syria, according to the Pentagon.

Are we suffering casualties at the rate we were under Obama's ROE and the media were ignoring what our guys were going through in Afghanistan and Iraq? Are we suffering any at all?

Yes, Americans are suffering in Iraq and Syria but they aren't killed very often.

We had a helicopter crash this past week with one death.

So, it seems like every other month, we lose a soldier. I don't mean to answer blandly. We haven't lost many this year. I can't recall the last time we had an American soldier killed in Syria. Those are rare. I don't think one has occurred this year yet.
