Mollie Tibbetts, missing Iowa student, found dead, sources say

The body of missing college student Mollie Tibbetts was found Tuesday, two sources told Fox News, bringing an end to a more than a month-long search that captured national headlines.

Details about where the body was located were not released. A law enforcement source told Fox News the body was located in Iowa.

Tibbetts, 20, was reported missing in mid-July after she didn't respond to messages from her boyfriend, Dalton Jack. On July 18, she was seen jogging around Brooklyn, Iowa around 7:30 p.m. 

Her family put out a public plea for the safe return of Tibbetts, who was a student at the University of Iowa. Her father, Rob Tibbetts, returned home to the San Francisco area after spending weeks looking for his daughter.

I wouldn't count on it. In America there is one form of Law for illegals and a totally different form of Law for American citizens. He may get a light sentence under Law for illegals. Somehow, someway he could get off for whatever reason.

Clearly American Law today is fluid and totally depends on who is being charged, not what the actual Law is.

Even in your death penalty states, Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Virginia, there is probably only a small percentage of people executed by the death penalty.  This murder may be depraved and deserve it but it's probably a close call to say what murders deserve capital punishment and which don't.

So much for such reasoning.

Stephen King is the big immigration hawk representative from Iowa. So, yes, obviously, this will especially strike close to home because he often talks of these kinds of things.

Virginia's had some illegals or M13 members commit murders, I haven't seen them execute them. Maybe I missed it. Even if someone gets the death penalty, that it can be 20 years or even more until they are executed takes a bit out of the justice aspect.

I note, most who are executed for the death penalty commit a depraved heinous act or kill multiple people. So, even on how it is handed out, I'd question as to what extent it serves justice.

That would be one hell on earth, even if the suspect gets some creature comforts,  from wherever he is in Latin America, you commit murder in a state, of a sweet young lady like Molly Tibbetts, discounting the subject of parole, you are going to be in that state of that girl for the rest of your life.  I suppose he could be up for parole in 2050,  2060 or something. Obviously, I hope he never gets released.

Shows one how some young people are think now, especially in one of the "whitest states", Iowa, which I think likely has a very low crime rate. Though, all the articles say she went to University of Iowa, I hear, maybe she also spent some time, going to South Dakota State U which is in Brookings, SD. I just happen to know someone from there. Same kind of situation as Iowa.  Mercy sakes!

Whatever it is in South Dakota, their mascot are the jackrabbits.
