Dem candidate’s DUI arrest rant is so twisted and racist, it can’t possibly be spun. One for the boo

Democratic Congressional candidate Steven Lamar Foster railed against residents of his own Georgia county and made racial statements involving Hispanics and “damn Arabs” during his DUI arrest.

Foster was convicted of drunk driving last week, but the police dashcam video of his September 2017 arrest just surfaced.

In the video and audio tapes, Foster trashes cops but says, “It’s all right, they can’t help it,” the Daily Citizen reported.  He added, “They’re not going to arrest no Hispanics. They are not going to arrest somebody that is a damn Arab.”.....
