Rosie O'Donnell says midterm turnout 'will astound everyone'

Rosie O’Donnell predicts that turnout for the midterm elections will “astound everyone,” expressing optimism that Democrats will win back a majority in the House.

“I think Americans will turn up in numbers that will astound everyone,” O’Donnell, 56, said about the midterms in a Sunday interview with Variety.

“And I am hopeful we are going to take the House and if we’re lucky, the Senate and then we’re going to get rid of [President Trump] as soon as possible — a day after we win,” O’Donnell added.

“And I think people will be rejoicing all over the place, all over the world."

Democrats need to flip 23 seats in order to regain the House majority in the November midterms.

She gets attention because thanks to her tv shows everybody knows who she is,and she is shouting what the media wants to hear and agrees with.
