The usual way this is done would be to wait until called on before asking your question.  Unless... you can point me to a video of a press conference where journalists are allowed to just yell out their questions, willy nilly, which would amount to them all talking over each other.

For example, go to the very end of Obama press conferences.  Even in this subdued one (first one that popped up on a search), they cut off the video just as you can hear the reporters start to shout out questions: ! No longer available

Notice... that she was the only one trying her best to be an obnoxious twit....none of the other journalists were shouting questions at the last minute.   And this press event was a bit different.   

Anyway, my personal opinion is she got what she deserved.   Again.... I don't care for pressholes.  Never did.   Never will.
