Savor the schadenfreude as MSNBC panel reacts to Trump’s poll bump in the wake of Helsinki

I suppose that when NBC News commissioned its latest poll on President Trump’s popularity in the wake of Helsinki, they were not expecting it to rise to the highest level ever of his presidency. After all, the nearly unanimous media and “expert” reaction, including many Republicans, was that something unspeakable happened in the press conference, following the meeting with Putin. That was gospel.

But the American people failed to react as their media masters would have them do. MSNBC host Kasie Hunt complained, “We are living in a different space-time continuum, where even gravity works differently.”

The video confirms that the only purpose of polling is to gauge the effectiveness of MSM propaganda efforts.  The MSNBC commentator gives a list of all the stories they have run in the past few days that taint Trump, and then expresses her exasperation that they didn't work as evidenced by the subsequent polling.

Keep the poll numbers up and then have them drop just before the mid-terms. The Herd Mentality will kick in.

No, Ms. Hunt.

In times previous (until recently), it was the media operatives like YOU who deliberately distorted that "continuum", bending and shaping it to conform to and promote your agenda.

The reason that "gravity" seems different to you now is that your "anti-gravity" distortion machine has lost its effectiveness in the face of the freer flow of information brought on by the internet. You can no longer count on your side being weightless and unaccountable in the face of the truth.

That's why you find your ratings... and your credibility... in free fall.

It's called...  gravity!
