Rep. Meadows Drops Bombshell: DOJ Had Not Notified Lisa Page of Congress’ Outstanding Interview Requests For Over 7 Months

Lisa Page appeared on Capitol Hill Friday for a closed-door deposition.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge tried to ask Lisa Page questions as the former FBI lawyer briskly walked into her deposition.

Lisa Page refused to answer questions. “She basically just plowed through the reporters,” Catherine Herridge said.

Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows said on Friday afternoon it appears the DOJ is continuing their efforts to keep material facts and even witnesses from Congress.

Meadows tweeted: Remarkably, we learned new information today suggesting the DOJ had not notified Lisa Page of Congress’ outstanding interview requests for over 7 months now. The DOJ/FBI appear to be continuing their efforts to keep material facts, and perhaps even witnesses, from Congress.

Sessions should be gone once obstruction can no longer be claimed. And Wray if he's not being effective.

Yes. Its obvious by now Sessions puts Deep State (for want of a better term) interests ahead of the interests of whats just.

I think what's called for is a clean sweep...  in order to produce a clean slate.  Anything else or less will only continue to produce the same results (insanity).... which is the same corruption and the same mistrust (and rightly so) by the American people of the DOJ and high level offices of the FBI.  In a sane and logical (normal) world.... that is what would take place.  But.... as many here have noticed....

we are no longer in Kansas.

Not even in Kansas are you apt to find the many good people needed. Reducing the size of FedGov may be the only way to clean it up.
