FLORENCE, AL (The Times Daily) – Authorities said an illegal immigrant out of jail on bond for rape and sexual assault who was about to be deported is back in jail on new charges.

Lauderdale County officials said Juan Estuadro Fuentes, 42, Chisholm Road, Florence, is charged with five counts of production of child pornography, and five counts of possession of child pornography.

Reports indicate Fuentes was arrested in June on rape and sexual abuse charges.
