Kayla Rahn, 30, of Montgomery, Alabama, underwent surgery to remove a 50-pound ovarian cyst.
Kayla had been experiencing unexplained stomach issues, pain, and weight gain for months before a trip tot he ER at Jackson Hospital, also in Montgomery, revealed the cyst.
Kayla was diagnosed with a benign mucinous cystadenoma, a type of epithelial tumor that develops from the cells on the outer surface of the ovary.
