A suspect was apprehended following reports of shots fired and multiple fatalities in Annapolis, Maryland, Thursday afternoon outside the Capital Gazette newsroom, Anne Arundel Sheriff Ron Bateman told Fox News.

Daily Mail is reporting 4 dead and 20 wounded.

Shooting happened at the Capital Gazette newspaper building in Annapolis.

Get ready for the gun grabbers to start railing about shotguns and how they need to be more strictly regulated now since that's what the shooter is reported to have used.

Its a rinkydink neighborhood newspaper - 30k circulation. I could be wrong but if the shooter were heeding Yanopoporopolous's call to violence they'd pick a rag of more significance.

Don't think its politically motivated.

If it can be proven that (and I know we're ALL speculating at this point) what Milo said motivated this guy to go shoot up a news room he's just as guilty as the shooter.

Yes, because former state AG Joe Curran Jr was a anti-gun crusader. Why? His father had a heart attack when he was startled by a shooting at city hall in 1976. Former MD Gov. Martin Oâ€™Malley is just as anti-gun and Joe Jrâ€™s son-in-law.

If the motive for the shooting is political its just as likely because the paper recently endorsed a moderate democrat over a radical in the gubernatorial primary.
