Trump says more than 63,000 Americans were killed by illegal immigrants since 9/11. But the math doesn't add up

    President Donald Trump has been told at multiple meetings on immigration that more than 63,000 American citizens have been killed since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks by immigrants in the U.S. illegally.
    "That number, they say, is very low because things aren’t reported," Trump said in response to one activist's claim.
    But the statistic misrepresents the data it is said to use as its source.

Keep in mind this article is written by CNBC which hasn't got a whole lot of veritas when it comes to accurate reporting.

Since this number is supposed to reflect only homicides and not homicide AND manslaughter, as in for example drunk driving fatalities, I'd say the number is low, too.

The point is not the exact number. The point is the impact illegal immigrants have, of public and personal safety.

Ask your local police, if they are willing to talk. They will confirm the impact.

The Obama administration carefully hid figures about illegal immigrants, just like they did for blacks.
