Generally from what I have learned from watching the stock market for well over 50 years:

Reality, no matter what the stock market will go all over the place as a result of many factors.

What we have to face- is this the Federal government's role in a free market economy to pick winners and losers, do we accept taxation as a form of behavioral modification, and do we want a centralized executive branching having and wielding this much power?  Do we as Conservatives, really want a Woodrow Wilson type presidency?

Just because other countries punish their citizens with tariffs(taxes) on their citizens from imported goods from here doesn't make it right for us to do so.
