A vehicle carrying 14 people flipped and killed at least five undocumented migrants during a chase involving Border Patrol Agents in south Texas, News 4 San Antonio reported.

The SUV reportedly crashed off Highway 85 in Big Wells, Texas.

Twelve immigrants were ejected when the car crash. Four died as a result.

Five people were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center, including the driver who is believed to be a U.S. citizen. He is currently in custody, according to News 4.

Four more were transported to local hospitals, News 4 reported.

Footage of the scene showed a charred Chevrolet SUV and several law enforcement vehicles.

A vehicle carrying 14 people flipped and killed at least five undocumented migrants during a chase involving Border Patrol Agents in south Texas, News 4 San Antonio reported.

Dimmit County Sheriff Marion Boyd said the SUV crashed off Highway 85 in Big Wells, Texas, according to News 4.

Boyd said Border Patrol agents began chasing the SUV around noon and then Dimmit County Sheriff's deputy took over, CNN reported. The car was traveling around 100 miles per hour, according to Boyd.

They should have stayed in Mexico.

Fourteen people were inside...driver believed to be US citizen.

What model of SUV was this?  That car is killing people, so one must pass some laws to prevent those evil car makers from producing killing machines.
