CNN, MSNBC Bury FBI Agents Getting Freebies From Reporters

CNN and MSNBC buried the inspector general report’s revelation that a number of FBI agents were receiving unauthorized free handouts, such as dinners and tickets, from reporters.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz noted in his report on the Clinton investigation, which was released Thursday, that his department found numerous instances in which FBI agents were improperly in contact with reporters and were receiving a number of free perks from their relationships.

The department “identified numerous FBI employees, at all levels of the organization and with no official reason to be in contact with the media, who were nevertheless in frequent contact with reporters.”

FBI agents’ relationships with the media extended to “improperly receiving benefits from reporters, including tickets to sporting events, golfing outings, drinks and meals, and admittance to nonpublic social events” and could have encouraged some agents to leak information to the press, Horowitz implied in the report.

Only if the gifts are being accepted by Trump-supporters.  All others, especially bona fide Democrats and Trump-haters, are allowed to accept bribes without consequence or public exposure and/or condemnation.

I noticed you both have been more pessimistic lately that there is any kind of real justice left in our once great country. I’m not there yet. I gotta believe there’s still hope yet for a turn around.

Here is my SOP after decades of observing the radical leftists (Democrats) in action and after witnessing the lack of any real "justice" in our current system of government, infected and embedded with these same leftists....

I usually expect the worst and hope for the best.   I hope to be pleasantly surprised that there still IS any real justice in this nation.  And yeah, that would include Obama & Hillary, along with the alphabet agency leftists that have abused their power, being actually (gasp!) prosecuted for their crimes against this nation... JUST AS anyone else (that isn't a special/privileged leftie) would naturally and normally be.  My pessimism naturally equates to my not holding my breath for any of that "real justice" to occur.... out of my own sense of self-preservation.
