CBP: Undocumented immigrant with ties to prison gang found near school in Sunland Park, NM

An undocumented immigrant with ties to a prison gang was detained by Border Patrol agents in Sunland Park, N.M., according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
On Friday, U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered Angel Rogelio Borunda Parra, 39, of Mexico, walking near an elementary school in Sunland Park, CBP officials said in a news release. Borunda Parra was then questioned about his immigration status and agents found that he had just crossed illegally into the United States, officials said.
