Defining Man and Woman In The Age of Transgender Self ID Absolutism.

By Hontas Farmer | April 23rd 2018 02:05 PM

Transgender activism must not prevent people from using their common everyday senses to tell who is who within reason.   We now live in a world where someone can insist that they are a transgender woman with their ID changed.  Yet insist that if any image of them is used it should be a very, rather, unflattering one for any woman.    Clearly self ID in the absence of concrete and substantial measures to live the life of the identified gender is meaningless.  At the same time a biological definition isn't fool proof either.

Question:  If a male turns 18 but declares he is now a female, does he then still have to register for the draft?  If the answer is no, what happens if he goes back to being a male?  And the other way, if a female decides on her 18th birthday she is male, does she have to register for the draft?

That was actually pretty well thought out and written.  Not adding unnecessary pain to any other human being is a good yardstick, regardless of the issue.

While there can be genetic aberrations that make a very small minority people difficult to tell whether they are male or female, that is not what transgenderism has evolved into today. It is about how you feel, completely subjective, based on no science and facts, and constantly shifting.

Yet the Left is trying to enforce it as law. Which brings two problems:

1) If you can identify as something with no facts or science to back you up, then it makes basic definitions meaningless, and the law even more so. If you can simply skirt around something you don't like by claiming to be something else, even very transiently, everything then becomes completely arbitrary, and no one has any solid legal foundation to stand on.

2) If we are truly going to apply the 14th amendment to such a situation, all people that claim to identify as something, such as trans-racial, trans-ageist, trans-species for example, has a legit claim under equal protection of the law.

At that point it's complete anarchy and societal breakdown.
The Republic is lost.

Except for your last sentence, that's pretty much what the author said.

Take to the next step.  The male registers for the draft.  A draft actually occurs.  Can they wait until their birthday is called up to decide to be female?
