Sheesh. Hyperbole much? First of all Conservatives are supposed to believe in private property which means these private businesses can promote or not, any content they wish.

Second, Natural News and their ilk are not 'health information' but are pseudoscience woo at best and often promote dangerous garbage, so in this particular case I don't blame those source for not promoting their crap.
