Local U.S. Coast Guard crew seizes $78 million in cocaine, to be offloaded in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- The U.S. Coast Guard seized more than $78 million worth of cocaine off of Central America earlier this month, which will be offloaded in San Diego on Tuesday, according to a Coast Guard news release.
The crew of the 53-year-old cutter that seized the drugs is from Port Angeles.
