Previously Deported Rapist Re-Arrested In Arizona

SAN LUIS, AZ (KYMA) – An illegal immigrant with multiple previous felony convictions was arrested by Yuma Border Patrol agents in San Luis.
Just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, agents caught 50-year-old Deonicio Torres-Salazar from Jalisco, Mexico entering the United States illegally, two miles east of the San Luis Port of Entry. According to law enforcement, Torres-Salazar has felony convictions of first-degree burglary, first-degree rape, and second-degree kidnapping from La Grande, Oregon in 1993.
