Heh, something like that.  Pretty sure that pink and gold crap is the trend that took over after the avocado green/harvest gold crap.

My parents chose harvest gold. That color permeated the house including the living room/dining room that had gold shag carpet accented with crushed red velvet chairs and an avocado green sofa.

I read somewhere, but can't find it now, that six-months notice is the law in thar jurisdiction.  But I should think that since this has been going on for years, he has had more than six months' notice. 

He claims he's too busy trying to regain custody of his son to find a job and a place to live.  The judge said he can work on the custody issue in his own home.  LOL

Actually, he should be working on a job and a place to live before he tries to obtain custody of his son.  I doubt any judge would grant him custody if he has no means of support or a home. 

This guy is a con artist -- and a bad one at that.
