Dems, Media Outraged After Trump Calls MS-13 Gang Members ‘Animals’

Democrats, the mainstream media, and left-wing reporters are twisting President Trump’s words in calling MS-13 illegal alien gang members “animals.”

During a roundtable discussion of California’s sanctuary state laws, Fresno Sheriff Margaret Mims mentioned to Trump the difficulty of working with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to notify them of an illegal alien MS-13 gang member.
 
In response, Trump called the MS-13 gang members “animals,” as he’s done in the past.

Following the statement by Trump, the Daily Beast published a headline that claimed the president was referring to “some deported immigrants” when he called MS-13 gang members “animals.”

The ones that torture and kill are indeed animals.   

The Dems are letting their abject extremism show, and it is good news for this fall's elections.   The Dems won't win elections by defending MS-13 gang members.   Trump's vow to round up and deport these scumbags resonates with voters living here on Planet Earth.

Several Hollywood celebrities freaked out over comments made by President Donald Trump on Wednesday, in which he referred to members of the MS-13 criminal gang as “animals.”

During a roundtable discussion of California’s sanctuary state laws, Trump described members of MS-13 as “animals,” adding that immigration authorities were now “taking them out of the country at a level and rate that’s never happened before.”

It is not the first time that Trump has used the phrase to describe the bloodthirsty organization, who have been classified by the FBI as the most violent and organized criminal network in the United States.

Actually, I thought animals was a very kind description.  I would have used a more accurate word like "vermin"

Celebrities -- these asshats have the gall to lecture people on morality, social injustice, etc.  I never put any stock into what a celebrity says. As much as I am not a fan of President Trump he is correct. There are two things I dislike -- murderous gang members that are here legally and illegally and those who defend them.  Celebrities ought to wake up people MS 13 is dangerous!  They are not the salt of the earth.

As much as I am not a fan of President Trump, he is correct.  There are two things I dislike more -- murderous gang members that are here legally and illegally and those who defend them.  Wake up people MS 13 is dangerous!  They are NOT the salt of the earth

I think you're right @Jazzhead   The democrats have gone too far in their abject hatred and fear of Donald Trump and people have begun to back away from their madness.

The same thing is happening with the press.  The press forgot the big secret of subtle propaganda and people are beginning to ignore them.  CNN has had a total collapse in viewership.

I see that Press Sec'y Sanders doubled down today on the President's characterization, reciting a list of horribles committed by MS-13 gang members including rape and torture,  and stating that "animals" didn't go far enough in describing them.

The Administration knows that the media and liberal elites have their anti-Trump blinders on, and their seeming defense of MS-13 gang members ain't gonna play in Peoria.
