Sure the above headline reads like it’s straight out of The Onion, but it’s quite real.

An actual descendant of the 17th century Powhatan princess Pocahontas, Debbie ‘White Dove’ Porreco, is joining an ever-growing chorus of people challenging Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to take a DNA test and prove her claimed Native Amercian ancestry.

 I’ve wondered about this, also. Either she’s taken a DNA test and doesn’t want to make the results public or she’ll just refuse to take one because she’s afraid of what it’ll reveal
