Lawmakers across the aisle Sunday described North Korea’s announcement that it would halt nuclear tests and missile launches as essentially a publicity stunt.
House Foreign Affairs Committee Vice Chairman Francis Rooney, R-Fla., weighed in on Fox News’ â€œAmerica’s News HQ”, saying there’s no sign the dictator Kim Jong Un has changed his spots at all.
“This guy has been negotiating through three consecutive presidents,” he said about the Korean leader. “He’s launched ballistic missiles. I don’t think Iran has done that.”....

Iran has fired 23 ballistic missiles since start of 2015 nuclear deal, explosive report shows - http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/01/25/iran-has-fired-23-ballistic-missiles-since-start-2015-nuclear-deal-explosive-report-shows.html

BTW - there is significant evidence that NK and Iran are working together.  Probably with a few other countries as well.  UAE bought $300M in weapons from NK for example.

South Korea seems to think its legit with NK.   I think they are overly optimistic but they tend to know the crazy side of their family best.
