She is not mentally competent anymore.  Someone needs to check what she writes and sends out.  Better than that, her doctor should tell her to resign as he has to know she is mentally compromised.

Remember a few months ago, the Congressional doctor leaked that people would be surprised how many in Congress were on Dementia and Alzheimer's medication?
