At the rate he is going, he is increasing it more than Obama.

Maybe he has a plan we haven't figured out--maybe a plan involving the EO dated 12/21/17.

If his economic plan is tied to that EO, it would explain why he is not worried about the recent OmniBust.  Trump's actions under the EO could also explain why he doesn't think we could handle, say, a one-month shutdown at this time.

Let's wait and see what happens while Congress is on its Spring Break.
