It looks like the propaganda about ISIS being defeated was just that, propaganda.

Bull, it was propaganda, one must not keep up with the news, Turkey is attacking the Kurds, the Kurd dominated SDF, Syrian Democratic Forces largely defeated ISIS, Syria, Hezbollah, Iran, RUSSIA, are all there. Oh, we've got an idea, let's blame the US and the president.
