Too liberal?  But the point remains.... that they are the only media outlet/network that is not rabidly slanted to the left.  I can't believe you guys are actually trying to dispute that.  Seriously?

I am not refuting that they have more diverse opinions than cnn, et al (I didn’t say anything remotely like that).

What I am saying is that there is no consistent opinion more conservative than Trump, and a lot of downright worship of him (Hannity, Ingraham).

And he’s still a liberal, despite his campaign rhetoric.
Character still matters.  It always matters.

I wear a mask as an exercise in liberty and love for others.  To see it as an infringement of liberty is to entirely miss the point.  Be kind.

@XenaLee

Sorry, but your opinion doesn't matter when it comes to the meanings of words, and you don't get to redefine them anymore than a leftist.  If you want to check the dictionary, I encourage it.

Au contraire.  My opinion matters a great deal..... to me....lol.  Great snark there, btw.

So you despise Trump?  Strong emotion for someone you've never even met.

At times.... you could say I do dislike (or dispise) him.  Every single time he lurches left, in fact.  And I've been right here voicing that dislike every time he lurches left on an issue.  Which is why I'm so confused about your apparent extreme sensitivity about someone pointing out your feelings about Trump.

Quote
I don't agree that Trump is the single heroic figure standing in the way of ruin.  He isn't a monarch.  Yeah, he's the president we have, so what do you think I should do with that?  Stop criticizing him?  Limit myself to praise?  I'm not exactly out in the street yelling for him to be impeached, you know.

You can disagree that his presidency is standing in the way of our nations' descent into leftist control all you want to.  It doesn't change the FACT.  And for the record, nobody is saying he's a "heroic figure".  But....it really is an "us vs. them" scenario re: the deep state's attempt to take down Trump and his presidency.  That you don't see that... or won't see and/or admit it... is very troubling.

Quote
Yeah, liberals are mad, big deal.  They're always mad about something.  There are a hell of a lot more important things to worry about, unless you think looking back and saying "well, but we owned the libs!" will be enough of a legacy.  I don't.

You misunderstood me.  I'm happy... gleeful, in fact... any time the idiot left is unhappy or mad about something.  I can't help it.

Quote
Nailed again.  Linda Sarsour and I are pretty tight, actually.  And I do love me a good Antifa rally.

You jest, yet... your words here on Fox and on Trump say otherwise....lol.

Quote
You misunderstand me.  Fox puts out a different type of propaganda than MSNBC and CNN, but it's still propaganda, and I don't want it.  I can think for myself.  Just present me with the facts.

You can think for yourself by reading opinions posted on the internet by biased sources?  What makes you think that what you're reading isn't also a form of propaganda?  I can research and make judgments for myself re: what is truth and what is BS.  It's called discernment.  And it's not hard to discern extreme bias.

Quote
I don't think they will.  If he runs, I think he'll be re-elected.

Hey, thanks!

I'm not all that sure that he will be able to run in 2020, much less be re-elected.  I guess we'll see, won't we.  And YW.

Well, I stopped watching Hannity last year...lol.   I get what you're saying.  Extreme bias FOR Trump can be just as nauseating as that against Trump.

And yeah, he's a liberal at heart (he just announced he'll be signing the porkulus bill).  Which is the scary part... that a liberal-at-heart is all that's standing between our descent into radical leftist total control of the nation.

Outlets for objective news, other than FOX, are mostly obscure with limited audiences. But, only FOX has the name recognition and audience reach to actually matter. In total viewers they routinely whip CNN and MSNBC. Broadcast news stations are all heavily biased Left and a lost cause.

And the fact that Fox whips the main leftist outlets via viewership is reassuring.  That there's still enough mainstream Americans out there that watch and support Fox and that ergo don't want to see this nation fall to the extreme/radical leftists.  It's a lifeline.  I'll take it.

Scary indeed.  I just hope that what he’s doing doesn’t plunge us even further into the socialist abyss. The left is emboldened by the fact that he’s a total wreck of a human being. They’re now able to say that this is what Republicans are like and have a modicum of credibility.

Sad days for America and for all of us party-less Conservatives.

Okay, fair enough, for you.  I just don't care enough to despise him.   However, I've never liked the man and I don't see a reason to change, even though I can acknowledge it when he does something right.

But that last....no, babe, lol.  You tell me I despise Trump, and when I explain otherwise, it's "extreme sensitivity".  YOU know my feelings better than I do.  That's the game played by a few others, and you're not getting away with it, either.  And I say that nicely.   ^-^

No offense, but everything you said could have come straight from Hannity's show.   Us vs. them?  The GOP has control, so look at what we get.  We get a tax break from Trump, then he turns around and enacts tariffs that will throw people out of work.  We get a $1.3 trillion dollar spending bill----Planned Parenthood is still funded, Obamacare regulations are still in place, sanctuary cities are funded, no wall, no reciprocity for gun owners.  That's not "me."  And I'm sorry if you expect me to feel loyalty to that kind of crap.  I'm over it.

Just for the record, @XenaLee ..... I know plenty of people who no longer watch Fox because they are too liberal.

That happened when they lost all objectivity, and along with the GOPe abandoned all conservatism whatsoever to support and adore trump.

If you can name any Fox commentator who objects to Trump from the right as we do here, I will accede to their ‘fair and balanced’ claim. Stalin went to Divinity School to become a RO Priest before discovering his new religion, communism.

@musiclady

You don't object to Trump from the right. You object to him from the left. Organized religion is communism. You DEMAND everybody think and act like you think and act.

None of that is true, of course, but I expect angry falsehoods and anti-Christian drivel from you and you never disappoint.  **nononono*

I am, however, enjoying that you have become a Trump lackey.

If you have to make it personal it's probably not a good argument to start with.

Sorry about that!

The reason I have pete on Ignore is that every single thing he says to me is a personal attack.  Every single thing

This time I saw his post quoted and slipped by returning the volley.

I should have known better because he always fights back with even uglier smears than he starts with, and I end up just walking away anyway.

I promise I'll be good, as the reality is that he is his own worst enemy.

Mainly and most importantly.... that we MUST defeat the left in November and again in 2020.  Our very survival as a free (free of liberal idiocy) nation is at stake.  If the Democrats get their way and win again.... we are, quite simply...

SCREWED.

In the Republican v. Democrat paradigm, there is no difference, and we are already screwed.
Start preaching Conservatism v. liberalism and I'll come a running. But a mere Republican will not get a damn dime, and not a moment of my time.

And if Tump is the offering in 2020, it's a non-starter. Y'all are on your own.

I don't know what kind of backdoor deal the alleged Republicans and their Dim twins put together to offer him if he would sign off on this budget, but it pretty much had to be something like promises to build the border wall. Which,of course,is a promise they never had ANY intention of keeping.

Presidents have to have give and take. They are Presidents, not dictators unless their name is FDR. This is especially true for a President that wants to "rock the establishment boat". The problem is as I have stated, the alleged Republicans and their Dim Twins will stab him in the back and have a lot of fun calling him a fool for trusting them. They will just leave off the "for trusting them" part.

Trump ain't exactly a virgin at making deals where everybody else thinks they won,and when the dust settles,he is the one that got his way.

I can only hope he wins YUGE on this one because he's going to need it. Government regulations and government spending at THE two biggest horrors we face because for all practical purposes they are co-joined and end up being THE prime evil. He's going to have a tough time getting anything else done if they get away with punking him on this.

The way he did that in business was to welch on payment.  It doesn't really apply here.

Okay, haven't been able to get to my laptop today, but you asked where did I call you a leftist...

Looking back, you said my opinion about Fox means that I apparently hang with leftists.  Not the same thing, so I apologize.  But I don't hang with them, either.   ^-^  Many to most conservatives recognize Fox's bias.  I mean, I think it was last night, after Trump signed the bill, and Tucker Carlson was talking about UFOs.

You asked what online news sources I use...

The Daily Wire and this place are my go-tos.  They're good for telling me what's happening.  Then I like various Twitters for analysis and commentary---Ben Shapiro, Jonah Goldberg, Dana Loesch, Reagan Battalion, Allahpundit, Ben Sasse, Amanda Carpenter.  I read Bill Kristol, too.  Yes, he's a NT and a moderate, but I like his nerdy history posts.   And for laughs I like Sonny Bunch and Comfortably Smug.

Yes, I agree that you and I can always disagree nicely.  Or we should, anyway.
