RALEIGH, NC (WTVD) – Officials in Raleigh say a man broke into a home, held a person younger than 16 years old against their will, and sexually assaulted them.

Oscar Paez Uribe, a Mexican citizen, is accused of breaking into a home on the 6000 block of Buffaloe Road in Raleigh on February 17.
