Yes, but this payment was made by Cohen. This poor guy didn't even have a spare $130K laying around. He had to take out a home equity line to pay off the porn star. Had he decided to pay millions instead, Cohen probably would have had to find a billionaire somewhere to provide him the money.
He probably did this for convenience. As the link in the quoted source says, he made the transfer through his home equity and the LLC, which had accounts at the same bank - likely by design. What will be interesting to see, if it ever goes that far, is how quickly he paid down the equity line.
This is the real kicker, though, Cohen's statement just prior to the FL shooting......

If you are facilitating something, you're the go-between. So, the question is, who was he facilitating for?
