Shooting survivors to hold candlelight vigil at Florida capitol

Survivors and family members plan to host a candlelight vigil at Florida’s capitol Tuesday to honor those killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.
At least 50 people are expected to attend the “Light the Night†vigil to honor the 17 students and teachers killed on Feb. 14, the Tallahassee Democrat reported Monday.
The group will light a candle for each of the victims.
In less than two weeks since the massacre, Parkland students have raised more than $3.5 million working as vocal activists for gun control.
