Supreme Court declines to consider case challenging DACA

The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear a case challenging the Trump administration’s repeal of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, the court announced Monday.

The Justice Department asked the court to consider the case after a federal district court in California ruled against President Trump’s attempt to end the program, which protects immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children from the threat of deportation.

Was not expecting that.   bizarre that the courts are saying a President cannot allow an unconstitutional EO to expire.
