100-Year-Old Star-Spangled Banner Monument Vandalized in Baltimore, Maryland

By Wayne | Featured Contributor | January 19, 2018 10:07AM

The centennial monument sat in Baltimore, Maryland, for over 100 years. It commemorated “The Star-Spangled Banner” and its originator Francis Scott Key, who wrote the song in the state during the war.

It is a symbol of pride and history, and on Monday, it was found to be vandalized with red paint. Progressives have been targeting statues around the nation that have anything to do with this nation’s history and attaching the word racism to it as justification to tear it down. This is no different.
