WH doctor declares Trump in 'excellent' health, mentally fit for office

President Trump’s doctor announced Tuesday he is in “excellent” health and fit for office, saying the president himself requested a mental-health assessment to dismiss questions about his fitness.

Navy Rear Adm. Dr. Ronny Jackson, Trump’s military physician, led an unusual briefing at the White House where he offered a detailed rundown of the president’s recent physical exam.

“The president's overall health is excellent,” Jackson said. “His cardiac performance during his physical exam was very good, he continues to enjoy the significant, long-term cardiac and overall health benefits that come from a lifetime of abstinence and alcohol."

"All data indicates the president is healthy and will remain so for the duration of his presidency," Jackson added.

Smart for the President to request a cognitive test (i.e., Montreal Cognitive Assessment) as part of this physical exam.  So now we've confirmed that Trump's wacky behavior is just Trump being Trump.   I thought the doctor did a good and complete job of answering questions.  No surprise that the President needs to better his diet and get more exercise.

Much to the disappointment of SOME, Trump is very healthy stemming in part, from a lifetime of no smoking and no drinking.

Special attention was  given to a cognitive test, which indicated no problems.

Most 70 years olds only wish they had Trump's health.

So what an interest to me is that the cream he's using for rosacea is listed as ivermectin.  That is the drug used to deworm dogs.

All Congressional leadership on both sides of the aisle should go through the MoCA test, followed by every reporter with WH clearance.  No test, no clearance.

Let's see these fools match this 30/30 score from a 71 year old man.

An ivermectin cream has been approved by the FDA, as well as in Europe, for the treatment of inflammatory lesions of rosacea. The treatment is based upon the hypothesis that parasitic mites of the genus Demodex play a role in rosacea. In a clinical study, ivermectin reduced lesions by 83% over 4 months, as compared to 74% under a metronidazole standard therapy.

He's better off with ivermectin than metronidazole.  It is funny enough that ivermectin is sometimes used to deworm dogs, but metronidazole is sometimes prescribed to treat bacterial vaginosis.
