Just what I was thinking. But Natural News is known for pedaling quackery.
There are some things on the list I won't consume, or consume much of. Artificial sweeteners -- they actually make me hungry and I get a bad reaction to MSG -- but that's me and my personal preferences. Gluten is not the devil quacks think it is, unless you have certain digestive issues. Sugar is fine unless you consume too much of it. But really, none of this stuff is going to kill brain cells or kill you.
