Quite simply @driftdiver a few Trumpers here throw that Liberal label around rather loosely just because someone doesn't necessarily support all things Trump.  IMHO
It doesn't bother me, I just consider the source and laugh a little cause it's usually the same ones saying I'm buthurt and need to get over it, actually I laugh a lot.

I wonder if the mods realize that there’s a difference between liberals and leftists.

Liberals are wrong on government policy and social issues, but are part of the political duality in American politics; they are mostly democrats (many are our family, friends, coworkers).

Leftists on the other hand are subversive and evil as part of a world-wide cabal to bring down Western culture and democratic values.

To identify someone’s views as coinciding with those of liberals hardly seems something to be censored. However, to call someone a leftist, well thems fighting words!

That's a good point @aligncare AFAIK we have only one semi-Liberal here that pretty much holds his/her own (though some may call him/her a full blown leftist).
I want to intenerate that Trump supporters here labeling NT Briefers with the 'Liberal' thing has dropped off significantly in the last year and it makes for a better Forum.  I don't believe it's an issue anymore.
Sure, there are a few left, camped out, on both extremes, it's healthy.

So funny.  It used to be the NT's calling the Trump supporters liberals, and of course they hated it.  Now it's the Trump supporters calling the NT's liberals.  Both seem(ed) to have valid reasons, in their own views, for doing so.  And both hate being called that.

'Trump is a NY Liberal' are still considered trigger words around here, I have the scars to prove it.

Yet we never trumpers are the ones who still hold the same opinion of Trump that we held 3 years ago, 10 years ago and 30 years ago.

Back when we all knew Trump is a NY liberal.

I finally got a chance to watch the whole video.  Wow, that Stephen Miller *yawn* is a real powerhouse *yawn* of energy *yawn*.  He talks like he's reading from notes he wrote on his hand.  And the way he says dynasty...  "din a stee"...   *****rollingeyes*****.  Anywho....

LOL  I'm guessing Stephen will not be invited back on CNN for a very long time.  I think he was a little more of a PITA than was necessary to make his point.  If he hadn't been he may have been given a little more time to tell his truth.

@RoosGirl
This is my opinion as well. I have seen many interviews where the interviewee at least loosely stuck to the question while still making some of his/her own points. This wasn’t that. Miller looked like he was there to just play to the audience of 1 (Trump), exactly what Tapper said.

Regarding Trump’s mental fitness, I would like to hear from those defending Trump on this thread,  @Right_in_Virginia and @aligncare for example: do you feel that Trump’s recent tweets in which he proclaimed himself a very stable genius are the kind of action you would expect to see from a mentally sound and intelligent person? That’s a sincere question, please don’t take it as an afront to your support for Trump.

I'm guessing the President's style turns your world inside out and upside down @BassWrangler .  This is very understandable. Donald Trump is the first self-made billionaire serving as President.  He thinks differently than most.  He has a better understanding of human nature and success than most.  Trump has more self confidence than most and is immune to intimidation.

As for your question ... what do I think of the President's tweet that he is a "very stable genius"?  (Or PotusVSG)

Well, we'll have to wait and see how many times the media ridicules the President as a "genius" for whatever the President does or says over the next six months.  I doubt they'll be able to help themselves so they will forge an unbreakable connection between "genius" and "Trump", making this tweet the most effective in twitter history.  Remember, he's also almost always two steps ahead of most.    888blackhat

Please don't confuse disagreeing with the tactics of Tapper and CNN with "defending" the President.

There is a difference @BassWrangler  We'll get along just fine if you understand this and not apply kneejerk expectations to my posts.

Thanks.

Mark Simone is a friend of Donald Trump’s. Marks’s been with Trump a hundred times over the 30 years he’s known him: plays golf with him, been out to dinner, banquets, events, business meetings. Trump is not “insane.”

In fact he’s highly intelligent, reads all the time, is fiercely patriotic, has a great sense of humor, is a gracious host, is quietly generous (paying off the mortgage of a stranger who helped him when his car broke down), is a high achiever and bad ass negotiator.

I find that most people haven’t lifted a finger to learn who the real Donald Trump is. They operate only on what they’ve heard out of the media since he announced his run for president (before that, the media was fine with who Trump was, no charges of racism, misogyny, homophobia, etc).

But since the media protects the political status quo and Trump was the outsider, the media and political elite lost their frigging minds with rage and hatred and launched a resistance effort in their News pages and News shows – not cool.

Since I was asked, that’s my take @BassWrangler. When the people who control the message hate your guts, honest reporting goes out the window.

"White House adviser Stephen Miller was escorted off the set of CNN’s "State of the Union" on Sunday after a contentious interview with host Jake Tapper.

Two sources close to the situation told Business Insider that after the taping was done Miller was asked to leave several times.

He ignored those requests and ultimately security was called and he was escorted out, the sources said."

Thanks for the reply. You didn’t answer my question about the specific tweets. Is it your theory he was just trolling, or do you not see anything strange about tweeting to millions of people that you are a very stable genius?
