It's a good example, but hardly the only, of how unclever you are.  Suddenly, you expect us to believe you're the Sultan of Sardonicism.

Isn't that a song by Mild Immorality?

States Rights vs Federal control.

Interesting Court Case. Funny Conservatives would favor centralized control rather than locals deciding for themselves.

I don't drink, smoke or do any drugs other than 1 cup of coffee a day.

I do have a cousins who broke his neck years ago and a co worker with Crohn's disease, both use marijuana to deal with the chronic pain and prefer it to pharmaceutical drugs as a pain killer.

.. okay I'm not much of an addict either.  I do have the occasional beer and that's about it ... but I think pot should be available to be legally prescribed for pain or just bought at the corner pot store.

I think it is far less dangerous than prescription pain meds which are highly addictive.

It is ludicrous to fight the use of marijuana when we have real problems.

Actually, I am in favor of de-criminalizing all drugs.

It would solve a lot of problems ... a lot more than it would create.

On the use level, yes. Distribution..... not so much.

Some drugs are just too powerful/addictive, opiods are one, crystal meth, crack cocaine, cocaine. Decriminalize use on these but definitely take down the suppliers. That allows a healthy black market for the bad stuff... it will always be there.

If you can grow it, fine. Cannabis and Poppies are easy. The rest gets pretty bad pretty quick. Opiods.. The chemistry set is the danger, it is not slicing a bulb on a poppy killing people. It is too pure synthetics like Fantanel. Same with the meths. Take down those distribution networks.

Leave gardeners alone. Whether it is pot, poppies, or Psilocybin mushrooms.

I guess one could say I take the Nature... over Nurture argument on this too.
