Federal Government Cut 16,000 Jobs in 2017

(CNSNews.com) - The federal government employed 16,000 fewer people in December 2017 than it did in December 2016, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics [1].

State governments employed 19,000 fewer people in December 2017 than they did in December 2016.

Out of the 2.8 million civilians employees it's a mere drop in the bucket.  Gonna have to get up to 100k or so before I get on board with calling it damn good.
