Pregnancy weight:  I weighed 110 lbs. when I became pregnant.  The doc wouldn't start counting my weight until I reached 120.  By the time the baby came, I was 140.  When I left the hospital, I was 120.  I went back to 110 shortly after that.

So, I lost 20 pounds in the hospital. The baby weighed 8 lbs. 2 ounces.  Where was the extra 12 pounds that went away?  Twelve pounds is a lot of weight to disappear in two days.
