Support for Trump impeachment hearings at 41 percent in new poll

Forty-one percent of respondents in a new survey said Congress should hold impeachment hearings aimed at removing President Trump from office.

According to an NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey released Wednesday morning, 54 percent of Americans think Congress should not have impeachment hearings. Five percent said they are not sure.

The results fall along party lines, with 70 percent of Democrats saying Congress should begin impeachment hearings and just 7 percent of Republicans supporting them. Forty percent of independents back the hearings, pollsters found.

Even if NBC hadn't polled Civil War Veterans the takeaway here is that Fewer respondents today want Trump out, than wanted Hillary in a year ago.

Screaming, screeching Maxine Waters and her ever-loyal supporters are a big art of any democrat-leftist polls and results therefrom.

They fear loss of government provided stuffs. And they are easily led, to resentments.

To me, it's a meaningless poll, the mainstream media would make you think something is up with the so-called Russia gate. And then, polls can be "push" polls, asked in a way to get a desired response, never mind that a portion of our population is leftist or democrat.

It is also a Wall Street Journal poll for whatever that is worth.

No mention of the internals in the Hill story or in the NBC/Wall Street Journal survey that it refers to. There’s a reason those numbers are buried. It makes for sensational headlines.

Most of theses breathless polls claiming people can’t stand Trump, survey Republicans down to 23 percent and take Democrats surveyed upwards to 38 percent. In what world do Democrats outnumber Republicans 2 to 1?

Fake polls abound in these dark days of media Trump dysphoria.
